Adrian Furnham es profesor de psicología en el Univeristy College de Londres. Pertenece a la British Psychological Society, ha sido presidente de la International Society for the Study of Individual Differences y es profesor de administración de empresas en el Henley Management College. Escribe habitualmente para el Sunday Times y el Daily Telegraph, y ha publicado más de 650 artículos científicos además de 55 libros, entre ellos The psicology of money,  The myths of management, Psicología Organizacional, The incompetent Manager, The dark side of the behaviour at work, Personality and Intelligence at Work,  The Psychology of Physical Attractiveness y Head and Heart Management.
